Series 3: Liston B. Ramsey Speeches, 1979-1998--This series includes loose copies of speeches, notes, outlines of speeches, and reference materials for speeches. These speeches range from different times of Ramsey’s career, with the bulk being from his time serving as Speaker of the House for the North Carolina General Assembly. Ramsey’s speeches include comments made in the General Assembly, at honorary events and functions, and political campaign stops.
