The collection consists of one box of archival materials, arranged in several folders. Folders 1 and 2, "Letters from Mrs. Paxton," are divided chronologically into the ranges 1937-1946 and 1947-1969. Folders 3 and 4, "Letters to Mrs. Paxton," are divided alphabetically into A-L and M-Z. Folders 5 and 6, "Manuscripts and Personal Papers," are divided into the time spans 1934-1960 and 1962-1970. Folder 7 has "Receipts and Memorabilia," and Folder 8 contains "Undated Personal Papers."
