Revision Aid Tool - An algorithm to evaluate the mechanics of student writing. Detects passive constructions, sentences that may be too long for easy reading, words that may be misused, phrases that may be covering up inadequate evidence, poor organization, or a forced transitions.
All of the instructional videos can be embedded in your Moodle courses.
Just click the "Embed this video" text under the video and copy and paste the generated code in the html editor on your Moodle page. If you'd like a hand, just contact any Wendy, Dane, or Kevin in the library.
Videos also have tracked pre- and post-video assessment questions
However, student have to create an account for this feature to be activated. Results of the assessment questions are reported to the administrative account held by the library. If you are tracking your students' responses, ask the library to retrieve them for you.
