We are very used to assessing our students and often have a little time for reflection. When we receive our course evaluations it is usually too late to change anything about the course. This resource is intended to help you assess your teaching in a formative manner (while the class is still taking place), so that we can ensure our students get the best we have to offer each semester.
Course evaluations are often a point of frustration for faculty. One of the reasons faculty struggle with this type of evaluation is that it occurs after the instruction has concluded. In this resource we will examine ways to utilize the data from course evaluations in a reflective manner and apply it to future courses.
